If you crave something from Southeast Asia, we're the only place to be in The Valley with our Asian Dining Adventure. Hand-carved steaks and chops are also a specialty! If you have a passion for the diverse cuisines of Asia, or wish to try one you have never experienced before, our Asian Dining Adventure is not to be missed! You pick the country, you pick the primary ingredients for your main course, and we take care of the rest...

For $70 per couple, you get a soup, a salad and a combination of dishes for your main course - selected by us - for your country of choice. Follow this up with a fabulous dessert from our nightly menu. Visit Asia for an evening - no passport required!

You have only four things to do:

• Choose a country (click on a country to see a typical menu): Cambodia & Laos, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand or Vietnam (or give us license to mix & match countries...)
• Choose two primary ingredients for your main course: Beef, Chicken, Duck, Lamb, Pork, Fish, Shrimp or Tofu (Vegetarian is also possible)
• Advise us of any dislikes or allergies
• Enjoy your trip!

Beginning on Monday, August 1, join us at Weathertop Mountain Inn for a culinary tour of the globe. Our culinary contribution to this year's Vermont Festival of the Arts will be artfully prepared 4-course feasts from around the globe. In prior years, we presented Asian Culinary Odyssey - a tour of the cuisines of Asia. In 2010, we expanded our portfolio to include some of the foods we've fallen in love with during our travels, and called our event World Culinary Odyssey. This year, Weathertop can become your own private dining room for an evening for World Culinary Odyssey!

All you need to do is come up with a group of 6-18 hungry, adventurous foodies, reserve an available date (any day except Saturdays) & time (any start time from 6-8 PM, one seating please...), choose an interesting menu, and you're on your way to an exotic destination...

Choosing a menu can be as interactive as you desire. Pick a country or region of the world, let us know of any meat, seafood, or vegetarian likes or dislikes, and we'll come up with a 4-course adventure to excite your palate and expand your horizons! As always, we will also feature an eclectic selection of very reasonably priced beer, wine, and saké to pair with your chosen menu. No passport or visa is required, but please bring a hearty appetite!

Dinner is priced at $42 per person, tax included.

Wherever their locations, they are exciting places to visit because they reflect the dynamic yet organized process that is used to produce the finished work of art.

This coming Memorial Day Weekend celebrates the 19th anniversary of the Vermont Open Studio Weekend. More than 264 sites will be open to the public, with more than 300 artists and artisans participating. Many galleries will host educational forums and feature special exhibits in conjunction with this event.

The Green Mountain Stage Race, Sept 2 - 5, is one of the most challenging, competitive cycling events held in New England, and Weathertop Mountain Inn is situated in the heart of the action!
