Beef Brisket (New Orleans) - Served with a spicy horseradish sauce
Soup Course
Roasted Pumpkin Soup (Vermont meets Thailand) - The addition of kaffir
lime leaf, galangal and coconut milk gives this creamy, non-dairy soup
Southeast Asian flair!
Salad Course
Baby greens and fresh fruit lightly dressed in our homemade
raspberry-maple vinaigrette
Main Course
Rocoto Relleno (Peru) - Red pepper stuffed with traditionally-seasoned
chicken & cheese, then baked to perfection

Karides Güveci (Turkey) - Shrimp sautéed in white wine, garlic, onion and
tomato, then baked with cheese

Gulai Kambing (Indonesia) - Diced lamb simmered to tenderness in a rich
and fragrant coconut milk curry
