served with rouille-kissed garlic toast
Salad Course
Baby greens and fresh fruit lightly dressed in our homemade
raspberry-maple vinaigrette
Main Course
Lamb Toscano - Loin Chops cooked to tenderness in a tomato-red wine sauce with
fresh rosemary, garlic & black olives
LedgEndary Venison - Rib Chops from LedgEnd Farm (Middlebury, VT) encrusted
with juniper & black pepper and stone-grilled; served with a
spiced cranberry chutney
Stuffy Quail - Whole Quail from Cavendish Game Birds (Springfield, VT) stuffed
with chevre, wrapped in bacon, then oven-roasted to deliciousness
