Green papaya, carrots, cilantro & roasted peanuts in a lively dressing of lime juice, garlic,
chilies, kaffir lime leaves and fish sauce

Main Course - Sampler Platter
  Cumi-cumi Isi (Indonesia)

Fresh squid tubes stuffed with shrimp, squid tentacles & cilantro, gently fried then
simmered in coconut milk with a paste of shallots, chilies, lemon grass, galangal,
macadamia nuts and shrimp paste

  Rendang Daging Lembu (Malaysia)

Cubed beef simmered to a very flavorful "dry" curry containing garlic, chilies, galangal,
lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, tamarind paste, shredded coconut, coriander, cumin,
turmeric, cinnamon and clove

  Kari Ayam Penang (Malaysia & Thailand)

Diced chicken, pineapple & roasted peanuts simmered in coconut milk with garlic, chilies,
