Our condominium is in the Mountainside Complex at Sugarbush Village. Sugarbush Village is adjacent to Sugarbush Resort's Lincoln Peak base area which is home to restaurants, pubs, a ski rental & tuning shop, real estate office and a day care center. Our condominium complex has a connector trail, the Out To Lunch Trail, which leads to and from the Sugarbush lift system. With pre-purchased lift tickets from us, you can walk up to the trail, step into your skis or snowboard, and away you go! Returning to your condo for lunch or at the end of the day is just as easy. We also have an outside locker for ski equipment storage. How's that for convenience?

Additionally, Sugarbush Health & Racquet Club, which offers daily passes to non-members, is only minutes away, as are several very good restaurants.

The condominium is a one bedroom unit, perfect for a couple or a family of up to four. There is a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is generously equipped, including a refrigerator/freezer, full-sized stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and cappuccino maker. Pick up some Green Mountain Coffee Roasters beans at Three Mountain Cafe for a delicious and aromatic morning brew! The living room has a fireplace, and you'll find plenty of seasoned wood stored in dry sheds throughout the complex. The TV is connected with digital cable service, and also includes a DVD/CD/MP3 player. High thread count sheets, plush Egyptian cotton towels, paper products, and basic cleaning & cooking supplies are provided; however, maid service is not provided during your stay.

The sliding glass door leading from the living room to the patio has an eastern-facing view toward the White Mountains. We also provide a small electric grill and some lounge chairs for use on our patio.

If you choose to visit in the summer, the condominium has a swimming pool on site for guest use. Cool off and relax after an active day in The Mad River Valley, or laze away the afternoon poolside with a book and a cool drink.

Just as a reminder, our condominium is a stand-alone unit approximately five miles from the inn. Breakfast at the inn is not included in the rental fee, nor is use of the inn's facilities.
