Our condominium is in the Mountainside Complex at Sugarbush Village. Sugarbush Village is adjacent to Sugarbush Resort's Lincoln Peak base area which is home to restaurants, pubs, a ski rental & tuning shop, real estate office and a day care center. Our condominium complex has a connector trail, the Out To Lunch Trail, which leads to and from the Sugarbush lift system. With pre-purchased lift tickets, you can walk up to the trail, step into your skis or snowboard, and away you go! Returning to your condo for lunch or at the end of the day is just as easy. We also have an outside locker for ski equipment storage. How's that for convenience?

Additionally, Sugarbush Health & Racquet Club, which offers daily passes to non-members for an additional fee, is only minutes away, as are several very good restaurants.

Our condominium is a one bedroom unit, perfect for a couple or a family of four (2 Adults + 2 Children). We COMPLETELY renovated it in 2010, with a particular focus on opening up the kitchen and living space. EVERYTHING in the unit has been replaced and upgraded. This unit will be a special treat for any guest, especially those familiar with "traditional" Mountainside units!

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a large, wood-burning fireplace - perfect for those chilly winter evenings! You'll find plenty of seasoned wood stored in dry sheds throughout the condominium complex. The LED LCD TV is connected to digital cable service (with video and audio channels...), and includes a Blu-ray/DVD/CD player with surround sound system. The sliding glass door leading from the living room to the patio has an eastern-facing view toward the White Mountains. For warm weather use, we provide rocking chairs and a snack table on the patio.

In a hallway closet you will also find a selection of board games, as well as an ironing board and iron.

The kitchen is designed for those who enjoy cooking, as well as eating! It is generously equipped with a large prep island, large refrigerator/freezer, fully-sized, glass-top electric stove & oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, mixer, coffee grinder, coffee maker, and espresso/cappuccino maker. Pick up some Green Mountain Coffee Roasters beans at Three Mountain Cafe for a delicious and aromatic morning brew!

Unlike many rental condos, you will actually find a wide assortment of cookware and utensils, as well as an adequate stock of serviceware, flatware and glassware! You will also find a nicely stocked spice cabinet, paper products and basic cooking & cleaning supplies.

The spacious bedroom has a king bed, with ample furniture and closet storage space. You will find a linen closet stocked with high thread count sheets and plush Egyptian cotton towels; however, maid service is not provided during your stay. There is an alarm clock/radio on one of the nightstands.

For those who must work, there is a computer workspace which includes a telephone with answering machine. Computers may reach the internet via our secure WiFi connection or via direct ethernet connection through our router (an extra ethernet cable is provided).

If you choose to visit in the summer, our condominium association has a swimming pool on-site for owner and guest use. Cool off and relax after an active day in The Mad River Valley, or laze away the afternoon poolside with a book and a cool drink. You will find extra beach towels for use at the pool in our bedroom linen closet.

Just as a reminder, our condominium is a stand-alone unit approximately five miles from the inn. Breakfast at the inn is not included in the rental fee, nor is use of the inn's facilities.
