Full Inn Booking Policies

  • These policies apply to bookings of 7 to 8 rooms with a maximum occupancy of 18.
  • Changes to current bedding configuration, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed.
  • A two night minimum stay is required for a full inn booking, and may require three nights during holidays.
  • Full inn bookings are not accepted during Peak Foliage, and blackouts may apply during holidays.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.
  • A 25% deposit inclusive of taxes will be collected at time of booking.
  • The balance due inclusive of taxes will be collected 45 days prior to check-in. Failure to remit the balance due in a timely manner will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation.
  • Cancellations more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival are accepted without penalty. Any deposit taken will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations within 45 days of scheduled arrival are subject to 100% of the total rooms charges inclusive of taxes, and will be collected at time of cancellation. Charges will be refunded to the extent that we are able to rebook the room without a loss of revenue.
  • Late arrivals, no-shows & early departures are subject to 100% of the room charges inclusive of taxes for the full duration of the reserved stay.
  • To avoid any misunderstanding, all reservations & cancellations through Weathertop Mountain Inn will receive a confirmation from the innkeepers, via e-mail, detailing any deposit collected and the cancellation policy in effect for the reservation.
